We’re growing fast and looking for skilled, licensed installation partners to join our team for kitchen cabinet refacing projects. This is consistent, year-round work with no downtime and no out-of-pocket marketing costs.
Compensation: 12% of contract value (average project = $20,000)
Average Pay Per Job: $2,400+
What You’ll Do:
- Greet homeowners and explain the scope of work.
- Transport and inspect all materials.
- Complete kitchen demolition and install our premium reface systems (remove drawers/doors, sand, install panels, doors, drawers).
- Install Blum hinges, handles, and accessories.
- Manage the project from start to finish — including final payment collection and invoicing.
- Deliver work that earns 5-star reviews every time.
What You Need:
- Active General Contractor’s License
- General Liability Insurance & Bond
- Your own tools and reliable truck/van
