We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to maintain and repair electrical systems across our trailer park communities.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues in mobile homes and park infrastructure
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
Install new wiring, outlets, and lighting as needed
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly
Requirements:
Experience as an electrical technician
Knowledge of mobile home electrical systems a plus
Ability to work independently and respond to service calls
Strong troubleshooting and communication skill.
