22ft Vintage Lazy Daze Class C loft sleeper.
Chevy Van engine, starts and & runs every time. No panel aircon. Could use a tune up. Oil changes kept up. New rims & tires. Oil and temp gauges don't work. Clean Title. 3 owners in entire lifetime, no accidents, minor dings. Well kept, but it is old and bits an bobs have some problems sometimes.
Dometic fridge keeps cold on power mode. I think a vent fan up top and it would work on propane too. Tinted cab windows. Cabin aircon runs really cold. New water pump, big shower space. No leaks.
Stove works, oven not great. Tanks intact. Propane furnace works, has modern thermostat. Good vinyl flooring a few years old.
Issues: Electric indicator (tank levels) panel shorting its fuse, causing the hot water heater not to work, except the hot water heater works. Some interior lights affected. Someone with minimal electrical knowledge should be able to figure it out. Water pump works.
Main overhead vent fan does not work, bathroom one does. Some rooftop vent caps long gone, I did different things about this.
Awning is intact but I noticed before storage in April that one side was loose from the rig.
Very few electrical outlets. I used a Jackary for my devices.
Cracked rear window, doesn't leak.
Window seals will eventually need resealed, like all rigs.
A dog lived here, no accidents.
This is a sweet rig for someone who is handy and can live with the basics. The new rims (they stopped making the og size in tires) and new tires were $$$$.
Lazy Daze were custom built in California, a sturdy rig with one solid aluminum roof piece, no maintenance unless damaged, no coating needed. Makes the rig heavy.
I am coming from out of State and showing the rig at the end of Oct. but will answer questions by text: five seven five, seven , seven zero ,five, nine ,eight ,three. Email relay doesn’t seem to be working.
First person to bring cash and doesn't try to low ball me, drives it away. No checks or other.
