This unit has had many improvements since we bought it as well as safe and dependable. I had an AIR CONDITIONER and BACKUP CAMERA installed by the RV Dealer in Las Cruces and also had STEER SAFE installed. It is an amazing unit that really helps when you are driving down the road especially with tractor trailers coming down the road. As you may be aware the wind currents with the tractor trailers push you to the right and steer safe brings you right back. I really love it. We had ALL NEW TIRES INCLUDING THE SPARE replaced on the unit. The Unit was SERVICED before we left last year on our trip out to Pennsylvania to see our grandchildren. The ROOF was also RESURFACED so there are no leaks. The interior was done by the previous owner who did a beautiful job so everything inside looks like new. We also had the TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGED as well as an OIL CHANGED and checked out mechanically so no breakdowns. This unit was actually checked out twice once before we left on our trip last year and once before we returned from Pennsylvania to New Mexico so there are NO issues with this unit everything works. It's mileage is 48,486 which is very low. It also has a TV and soundbar in the unit. The bed in the back is a queen sized bed and the mattress was replaced with a very good one since the other one was too soft. Mechanically everything has been checked out and ready for it's next trip. Due to my condition since my accident with a tractor trailer hitting me I am not able to drive it and that is why it is up for sale. I bought it for $19,000 and have put $6500 back into it. This is a sound unit and you are welcome to check it out. There are no issues. Currently, this unit is still winterized. This is a beautiful unit should you like to see it. She is a cutie.
