First, I won’t guarantee it would maintain air. Is a tube tire and that’s one reason I replace them with solids.
I’m actually selling the guarantee of the “RIM” and not that it will maintain pressure/air. You may have to rely on putting “fix-a-flat”, type of product, into the tube.

Even though some tires have not been used, occasionally brand new ones won’t maintain air simply because of the “ply” of the tire itself.

The tires are 10 inches tall and 3 inches wide. The hole size is 5/8 of an inch, the hub depth is 1-3/4 of an inch with double-sealed bearings, and the tube type is 2-ply 4.10/3.5-4.
