This 1952 Chevrolet 3100 body is mounted on a 1980s Chevrolet S-10 chassis and is powered by a 4.3L V6 engine with a 3-speed manual transmission. The truck runs, drives, and stops. It was restored locally in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with attention to making it a functional driver. The mechanical systems appear solid, while the cosmetic and finishing work remain a project for the next owner.
Buyers are welcome to inspect and test drive this truck before bidding. It is located at our Las Cruces facility. This is a running and driveable classic with ongoing cosmetic work that can be finished or used as-is.

The truck has been repainted in glossy black. It shows well from a distance but has visible imperfections up close, including paint texture, filler work, and some uneven seams around the cab corners and bed. The bed is steel with a protective liner. The frame and underside appear solid. The truck rides on black steel wheels with new Nexen N’Priz AH5 tires that have full tread.
The interior includes a new tan vinyl bench seat in good condition. The dashboard retains the original gauges and layout, and the truck has been converted to a 12-volt system. Some wiring under the dash remains exposed and would benefit from cleanup. The door panels have been repainted but are missing some handles and trim pieces, which are included but not installed. The floor is solid with patchwork and partial carpeting. The headliner area is painted metal and shows minor finish marks.
The truck is powered by a Chevrolet 4.3L V6 with an Edelbrock carburetor and air cleaner. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. A 3-speed manual transmission shifts through gears as expected. The brakes operate properly, and the truck drives under its own power. The engine bay shows functional installation with some unfinished cosmetic areas and visible wiring. A new speedometer cable and fuel sending unit have been installed.
The truck runs and drives. The engine pulls well, and shifting is smooth. Steering and braking are manual and operate as expected for a vintage vehicle. The ride feels solid, and there are no major drivability concerns noted during short operation. It’s suitable as a running project or local driver.
