MONTHLY RENTALS ARE $1,200 A MONTH THERE IS $150 REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE, A $300 DEPOSIT. IT'S COMING IN WITH THE DOG IT WILL BE A TOTAL OF $800 DEPOSIT BECAUSE THERE'S AN EXTRA $500 DEPOSIT FOR A DOG.
SMALL WELL TRAINED DOGS WELCOME $25 FEE.
